Eugen CARPOV is the Deputy Prime Minister with prerogatives in territorial reintegration of the country and is responsible for the policy making in this field. Being the political representative of Chisinau in the Transnistrian conflict settlement process, the Deputy Prime Minister leads the delegations of the Republic of Moldova in the negotiations, including formal rounds of negotiations in "5+2" format with the participation of international mediators and observers. The Deputy Prime Minister Eugen Carpov also participates in all of the official meetings referring to the Transnistrian conflict settlement and represents the Government of the Republic of Moldova at the meetings regarding the country reintegration. In his mission, of elaborating and promoting the Government policies for territorial, political, economic and social reintegration of the Republic of Moldova, Mr. Eugen Carpov is assisted by the Bureau for Reintegration of the State Chancellery.
