„Good morning, dear colleagues! We have agreed to meet on Tuesday, as a holiday is tomorrow and we have more extremely important actions and, in general, this week and the next one are full of events. I told you that the end of August will be dedicated especially, besides the national holidays, to our relation with the Diaspora; the first project we have already inaugurated all together. It is about the DOR camp, which is attended by wonderful children both from the Diaspora and Moldova. It is a ratio of about 60 per cent to 40.

On 28 August, we will organise the Doors Open Day. I invite you everybody not no delegate deputies, but to participate yourselves in these two hours of open doors, as I am confident – our citizens will appreciate the chance to directly discuss with ministers, heads of institutions, and I am confident that useful talks will be not only on problems they face abroad, but especially on problems they face when they come home, in vacation or I hope that they will return home for good, in order to stay here.

On 29 August, we will also hold a seminar on public policies. Please, delegate representatives for policies concerning the Diaspora to actively participate there. And, certainly, an extremely important event will take place on 30 August, during which we should be at one with the local producers, but this is also an action within the Diaspora Festival. We manage, by a single event, to combine two extremely important items for us. I invite you once again, on behalf of Minister Vasile Bumacov and on my own behalf, to actively participate in preparing this pie, which is supposed to be the biggest in the world, at the Vatra ethno-cultural compound. You may note how ambitious we are. It would be very good to be there at about 14:30 o’clock, in order to help Mr. Bumacov prepare this pie and, afterwards, to taste together with our citizens this delicacy, which Mr. Bumacov and his team have been preparing for a long time.

And, on 1 September, we launch the Diaspora’s Congress. I want all of us to be present at the opening of this event.

Besides, I wanted to underline an issue – we go to districts, talk with citizens, mayors, councillors. A topic was presented to me in Ialoveni. I want to ask Minister Botnari to think about an action and not only to think, but also to act. We do not a have a belt-way around Chisinau. And I do not know if there is any capital in Europe that would not have a belt-way, and it is not only about the symbolical element. A capital must obviously have a modern, qualitative beltway. It is about traffic jam, as all cars coming from south, which have to go to Tighina, must go either via Ialoveni or Chisinau. None of them is a good solution, Mr. Minister, I want you to think and to present me an action plan, with the designing of the lacking segment. I am happy that you have already engaged! Maybe next week, at the cabinet meeting, you may tell us how long might the designing last. Afterwards, we could look for who may finance the construction of this extremely important road. On the present segments – how we restore, from which resources, on segments we design – how long the designing may last. We have to already discuss with our partners, I suppose that the necessary amount is large enough, but this is an absolutely necessary investment. I do not believe that anyone could contest the need of such a project.

Another item that we will discuss at the end of the meeting is the agenda of our colleagues from the parliament and how do they relate it to the list of our priorities. Mr. Roman Cazan, I hope that you have a synthesis to this subject. I have asked you to make an inventory. We will return to this issue at the end of the meeting, in order to be able to present it to the parliament colleagues.

The last topic – Minister Tapis, I have sent you an instruction with the analysis of licences on the work of quarries, on the basis of the discussions held at the last meeting. How much time approximately do you need to present us the item? Thus, by mid-September, I hope I will have this detailed analysis."
