Prime Minister Vlad Filat today chaired a cabinet meeting
The cabinet approved a decision dismissing Iurie Dominic from the post of head of the National Army's HQ. In the context, Vlad Filat said that Dominic is "a perfect professional", but "it often happens that one person should bear the responsibility for everything that happens because of others' fault". Filat noted that the government cannot intervene in this case, since the decision had been taken by the supreme commander of the National Army. Yet, he noted that he would also come out with similar proposals, voicing hope that the relevant bodies would display the same approach.
