The government will propose for debates a draft of the Strategy in education until 2020
Prime Minister Iurie Leanca made statements to this effect after a special meeting held in Vadul lui Voda town today. The cabinet of ministers has discussed for three hours education-related issues and has identified solutions.Leanca said that as the government had engaged, once per month, it would meet in topic meetings outside Chisinau, which have a less formal nature. These meetings imply an exchange of sincere, constructive views and directed to solutions.

Prime Minister Vlad FILAT has received congratulatory messages on the occasion of Moldova's Independence Day on behalf of his counterparts from Ukraine, Poland and Slovenia
In his congratulatory message, Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola AZAROV wished the people of Moldova peace, well-being and prosperity. AZAROV considers that, due to the jointly undertaken efforts, Ukraine and Moldova have managed to record progress on all the dimensions of the bilateral relations. And such a cooperation is mutually advantageous for the two countries, and will lead to the creation of new prospects of interaction on the European integration path.
