Moldovan cabinet approves two decisions to promote data transparency
The cabinet today approved a concept on open governmental data and a methodology on publication of open data. The first document sets the principles of public data owned by the public institutions, and the second one explains the data publication process on the website www.date.gov.md.

A working group, set up under an instruction by Prime Minister Vlad FILAT, held its first meeting later last week, in order to work out an action plan for the settlement of the present problems and improving the social and economic situation of the Balti municipality, Moldova's second largest city,
The working group, made up of representatives of the State Chancellery, ministries and Balti city hall, considered social and economic problems identified jointly with the local public administration authorities of the Balti municipality.

A Moldovan bus, carrying 53 people from Chisinau to Italy, overturned in Romania last night. As a result of the accident, 21 persons were transported to hospitals in Deva and Hunedoara.
