Moldovan premier signs order on investigating vandalism cases of memorial compounds
Prime Minister Vlad Filat has signed an order on investigating the vandalism and profanation cases of the memorial compounds and the graves of soldiers. Filat asked the Prosecutor General's Office and the Interior Ministry to analyze the facts included in the demarche sent to the Foreign Ministry on behalf of the Russian Embassy in Moldova which sees boosting the vandalism cases over the last period at the memorial compounds and the graves of soldiers fallen in the World War II, especially at the historical compound in the village of Gura Bicului.
