Moldova’s European future to become reality in coming years, says prime minister

Moldovan prime minister attends Commonwealth of Independent States meeting
Prime Minister Iurie Leanca today participated in the Council of the Heads of Governments of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). The Moldovan delegation was made up of Deputy Prime Minister, Economics Minister Valeriu Lazar, Deputy Foreign and European Integration Minister Valeriu Chiveri and Head of the Prime Minister's Cabinet Eugen Sturza.

Germany backs Moldova’s European integration, German chancellor says
German Chancellor Angela Merkel said that Germany backed Moldova’s European integration. And the 28 May meeting, Merkel held with Moldovan Prime Minister Iurie Leanca, Ukrainian Interim Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk and Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili in Berlin, was a gesture of support for those three states.

Moldovan prime minister to meet German chancellor
Prime Minister Iurie Leanca is on a visit to Berlin, where he will attend a dinner organised by German Chancellor Angela Merkel. Ukrainian Interim Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk and Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili are also invited to the event.

Moldovan premier, Diaspora hold online forum
Prime Minister Iurie Leanca discussed with Moldovan citizens residing abroad at a first online forum with Diaspora titled: “Europe at Home”, on 27 May evening. The event was organised by the Bureau for Diaspora Relations (BRD) at the State Chancellery and was watched by thousands of people.
